All Digital Download sales are final. Physical Product returns are available up to 14 days after product arrival. Please contact customer support at customerservice@miningcity.biz. Please include Return Request and the order # in the Subject line and describe the reason for return. Please include photos if product is damaged. Buyer is responsible for return shipping. Any replacement items will ship at our expense once the original has been returned or other arrangements made in advance and in writing (e-mail.)
